Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

The app is a recording and calculation tool. It produces ballistic solutions and turret adjustment figures from the parameters and field conditions you enter. These are computed outputs. They are not safety guidance and they do not replace your own judgement, visual confirmation, or the safety procedures in force where you are shooting. Whether and how to fire remains your responsibility at all times.

You must comply with all laws where you are, covering possession, transport and discharge of firearms, and use the app only at lawful shooting locations. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter: a wrong twist rate, click value or muzzle velocity produces a wrong solution.

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use.

The training data you enter is yours. We claim no ownership of it. How it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export a backup or delete your data at any time.

The built-in factory rifle and factory ammunition figures are drawn from public sources and provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that they are complete or that they match any particular lot. Your own live-fire records take precedence.

AI interpretation is an aid and can be wrong. It is not instruction and it is not safety advice. Whether to act on it is your call.

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose. Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent its technical measures, except where applicable law expressly permits. Do not interfere with the service or with other people's use of it.

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the app. Where a change materially reduces what the app does, we will give notice in advance and, as far as we can, preserve your ability to export your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a solution is suitable for any particular combination of rifle, load, optic or conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limits, in which case they apply only to the extent the law allows. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the law of [TO BE COMPLETED: governing law], and disputes are submitted to [TO BE COMPLETED: court or arbitral forum]. Where the mandatory law of your place of residence gives you better protection as a consumer, that protection is unaffected.
